We spent a fun day at Kitsilano Beach and English Bay beach. The location is super convenient for exploring the area, and we loved the comfy beds and pleasant atmosphere. It’s a great spot if you're planning a group vacation and want to be close to fun spots and dining options.
However, one downside was the outdated bathroom. The toilet had issues during our stay, which made it a bit uncomfortable.

Great location and friendly staff, but air conditioning was noisy.

Recommend it for families on a budget
The staff were genuinely helpful, even let us check-in early after our cruise! Plus, the breakfast had this fun waffle maker. kids loved it while we got our caffeine fix.
It wasn't exactly a bargain, but still tolerable.

Conveniently located near attractions and the cruise terminal, making it easy to explore the area. The room felt refreshed and clean, providing a solid base for a short stay.
The hotel clearly struggles with maintenance and cleanliness in common areas, with dirty hallways and outdated elevators. Vending machines lacked stock, and items in them were stale. Rooms marketed with city views might actually just face a concrete wall, which can be misleading for guests hoping for a scenic view.

We had a good time staying here for one night. the kids loved the pool and the complimentary breakfast was just what we needed. The lobby had a cozy vibe and there were board games available for some family fun. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was pretty spotty, but overall, we enjoyed our stay! 😊

Clean, comfortable room with good Wi-Fi connectivity. Elevator situation creates long waits that are annoying. Close to downtown attractions and public transport. Bicycle rental available nearby for exploring the city.

The location was on point, so many fab restaurants nearby like Scoozi's for some rad Italian. The breakfast options were decent, and the staff was super friendly, making our stay feel like a warm hug.
The room was EXTREMELY small for two people, especially with suitcases. The buffet breakfast felt a bit limited, and the elevator took its sweet time. we often ended up taking the stairs, which was a workout.
